The FIFA-FILIPINO INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION, brings together Franchisors, Franchisees, and those with an interest in the franchise sector to facilitate the process of learning and sharing information and to encourage high standards of conduct. FIFA-FILIPINO INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION is a non-stock, non-profit organization and all officers are experienced executives in the franchise business. Our Association is not limited to Franchisors located in the Philippines as we accept Franchisors from any country who wish to get a Master Franchise in the Philippines. The Association promotes a Code of Ethics by which all members must abide. There is no specific franchise legislation in the Philippines (although franchised business are covered by normal commercial law), but the Association’s Code provide for full disclosure of information to potential Franchisees in order to allow them to make realistic and informed decisions. Through publications, meetings, seminars and other related events & activities, the Association aims to help those who consider buying a franchise and to get help in making the right decision. It also assists those involved in franchising their own businesses to ensure that the correct procedures are put in place right from the start. We also welcome suppliers and service companies as members, who can help Franchisors and Franchisees.
