In 1989, Mr. Plaridel Dela
Cruz, owner of the Company, considered going into Buko pie business
when he saw how successful the business line was in Los Baños. From
the moment they began baking their first pies, they were already a hit
with customers and opened the first outlet in San Pablo City.
The second outlet was opened in Tagaytay 1994. The opening of the rest
of the stores soon followed suit.
Today, Colette’s have 40 stores nationwide including branches,
franchise and outlets. Colette’s Buko Pie at Pasalubong continues to
expand in order to meet the desire of customer for a reliable source
of pasalubong items.
Our mission is to satisfy customer’s needs by providing them with a
variety of good quality pies and confections at reasonable prices, and
a high standard of customer service.
Our vision is to be the recognized premium brand of buko pies in the
Country by assuring the market with high-quality products and to be
the leader in providing customers with the widest variety of good
quality Pasalubong items at reasonable prices coupled with excellent
service.

To ensure standardization of
the quality of the products, the various processes undergo routine
inspections by quality assurance officers and bakery supervisors. To
maintain the high quality of their products, Colette’s implements
quality assurance
measures. Raw materials undergo selection by physical inspecttion and
microbial analysis. Good manufac-turing practices are observed to
ensure consumer safety.
